We have had an amazing meeting with the Diocese, who have expressed their full support for the project, and offered to support it with a loan if we need it.
We have had some initial designs done, and we think that it might cost £2m including VAT and we think that if we get the designs right, we might be able to save a lot of VAT which will take the budget down to about £1.6m. We will able to raise about £500k from the sale of a property and some initial fundraising, which means that we have about £1.1m to raise.
We aim to have all the money raised by the summer of 2018.
