Small Groups
"They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship,
to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”
- Acts 2:42
WHAT IS A SMALL GROUP?
Small Groups are at the heart of church life at St Saviour’s Sunbury. They are a great way to get to know people, build lasting friendships and grow as a follower of Jesus.
WHAT TO EXPECT
There are two types of small group's here at St Saviour's:
1. Life Groups
The majority of Life Groups meet on mid-week evenings in homes around the local area. A typical meeting would consist of a chat, study and prayer. Many groups also hold fun social events from time to time.
2. Growth Groups
Growth Groups run each term for 8-10 weeks and focus on a particular subject. A sign up period operates that the beginning of each term and a limited number of spaces are available.
