"Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young,
but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity."

1 Timothy 4:12

We believe the youth of today are the future of our world tomorrow and we value the importance of investing by equipping and empowering our young people the best way we can.

Sunday Mornings

During the morning service the Youth all get together for some teaching, games and good times (we often play Ninja!).

Once a month we either get out to serve the community by litter picking around the neighbourhood, handing out teas, coffees, and pastries to people walking by the church.

We also serve within our church to help on the worship team, with the kids’ ministry or on the hosting team.

Youth from school years 7-13 are welcome to join us.

Youth Life Groups

The Youth meet together every week for some food and to look more at what it means to be followers of Jesus on a deeper level. Jesus calls us not only to believe in him, but to follow him, and we are excited to discover together with you guys what that actually looks like.

If you are between school years 6-9 join us every Wednesday during term time from 6 - 7.30pm.

Youth from school years 10-13 meet every Sunday during term time from 7:15pm - 9pm.

Youth Life Groups are in the Church Glebe building.

Friday Night Youth

On Fridays in term time we run two groups:

  1. The first session is 6:30pm - 7:45pm and is for young people in school years 7-9 (young people in year 6 can join in the summer term). This session will be a mix of games, discussions and a chance to meet up with friends.

  2. The second session is 8:15pm - 9:30pm for school years 10-13. This session is to provide a space for young people to meet up and spend time together.

During the term we will also have social outings, community events and will attend relevant conferences.

Information for Parents

There are many areas available for young people to get involved, so please don’t hesitate to have a chat with our youth leaders to find out how you can get your young person involved or you can email our youth pastor via the contact form.
