“See that you do not despise one of these little ones.
For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.”

Matthew 18:10

Kids on Sundays

Our Sunday kids’ groups meet during the 10am service.
The groups are fun, active and focus on helping the children get to know Jesus.

Our Sunday Kids' programme is important to us because we want the time that we spend with our children to be some of the best hours of their week, and our desire is that they know God in their hearts, that it is more than a Bible story in their head. We want our children to have God hearts and not just be God smart.

Teeny Tiny Church

(Ages 0-3)

A safe place for little ones to come, play and hear a bible story and worship God while their grown ups do the same in big church.

Mini Church

(Ages 3 - School Year 1)

For younger children to come along to, to worship God and hear all about his love for them, and to have fun whilst doing it.

Kids Church

(Ages School Years 2-6)

For older primary school children to come and hear about God's love for them, to play games and pray for each other.

Transition group

This term we will also have a Year 6 breakout group meeting on the first Sunday of each month. We will spend time preparing children for their transition into Youth and talking through some of their fears and concerns for the coming year. This group will be run by a mixture of Sunday Kids and Sunday Youth leaders.

We have a movie night and a special event each term - in the past this has included cinema trips, top golf, water fights and 5-a-side football at Powerleague.

Throughout the year we also have some one-off events. For example "The Treat", our celebration on 31st October, our Kid's church sleepover and some special boys and girls social events for our Sunday Kids to bring their friends along to and just have fun at.

All of our team are DBS checked and are fully briefed in our church and the Church of England safeguarding policies. A first aider is present at every event.
