“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give,
not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”

2 Corinthians 9:7

How to give

Thank you for wanting to support St Saviour's Sunbury, your donation helps us with the exciting projects in our local community.

Whether you are tithing, placing an offering or just wanting to donate/support St Saviour's financially there are three different ways to give.

1. Standing Order / Regular giving

The most helpful method for us and a convenient way for you to give is by regular standing order.

We encourage you to pray about the amount you would like to give to support us, set it up, and let your bank take care of it each month.

You can set up a standing order directly with your bank, log on to your internet banking account and use the account details below. Please use your name as the transaction reference.

Main Church: A/C No: 20760331 | Sort Code: 20-81-11
The Big Build Project: A/C No: 30980358 | Sort Code: 20-81-11

Alternatively you can complete a standing order form at church and put it in the offering box during one of our services.

2. Online Giving

Online Giving is a quick and easy way to make one off donations. Click on the button below which will take you to our payment system and complete the online form with your details. From the list of options you can select where you'd like your giving to go.

If you are setting up a recurring amount, please consider arranging a standing order instead (see above), as this minimizes transaction fees on your giving and really helps us as a church.

3. Church Services

If you prefer to give in person you can fill out an envelope (available in the welcome area) and place it in the offering box during one of our church services.

If you have any queries with regards to your giving please feel free to contact us.

Gift Aid

If you are a UK Taxpayer you can add Gift Aid to your giving.

Gift Aid is a government initiative, where the basic rate of tax you have already paid on your giving is relinquished to the charitable organisation you are giving to. For example, for every £1 you give, St Saviour's Sunbury receives £1.25.

Gift Aid forms are available at church during our weekly services, please fill out and place in the offering box. Alternatively, you can take it away to fill in and post the Gift Aid declaration form to the church address.

Also, if you are in a higher income-tax bracket, then you can claim back the tax on your giving which is above the basic rate. You can contact HMRC for guidance on how you can make this claim.
